There's no exaggerating when people describe wild camping as a very special, life changing experience after spending a night in a beautiful surroundings and nature. Come and experience it for yourself  with Beyond Wild!

Ditch the safety of your four walls for an unforgettable night under the stars. You choose a location or let one of our experienced Mountain guides choose one for you and you choice for the number of nights, the UK mountains are there to be explored so lets create a special adventure for you. You will spend time learning camp craft, going on some incredible hikes, and enjoying some of the most naturally beautiful spots in the UK.

The leaders will suggest locations and walks depending on your ability or time of the year you are planning your adventure for,  you could find yourselves in the heart of the Lake District National Park high up on a mountain range or even snuggled up in a valley bottom in the Peak District; the choice really is yours!
 

POTENTIAL ITERINARY

Your wild camping guide will meet you in the morning on your agreed  location, time and date, you will spend time preparing your rucksack ensuring you have all the equipment needed for your adventure and overnight camp(s). The walk will be gentle (walk distance agreed beforehand) as you will be carry quite heavy rucksacks. There are a huge number of options for great wild camping spots in the UK, so which ever area we decide to explore you'll be spoilt for choice.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Once we've reached our home for the evening, we'll set up our tents/tarps and have some time to relax, perhaps heading out on a short wander to watch the sun go down. Dinner will be a simple camp side meal (not supplied), plenty of time to relax before we get some shut eye for evening.
